1. Scope of Application

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the RevoBill application and website (collectively the “Service”), provided by Manuel Gass (RevoBill), based in Germany.
By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using RevoBill, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

RevoBill is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows users to create, manage, and send invoices and quotes, including optional payment processing via Stripe.
Use of Stripe is subject to Stripe’s own Terms and Privacy Policy. RevoBill acts as a technical intermediary and does not process or store your payment data directly.

3. Account Registration and Access

  • To use RevoBill, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login data.

  • Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

  • RevoBill may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Pricing

  • Access to RevoBill is provided through paid subscription plans.

  • Details of available plans and prices are displayed within the app or on the website.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Prices may be adjusted with reasonable prior notice.

4.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time within your account settings.
Access remains active until the end of the paid period.


5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers only)

If you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code), you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days without giving reasons.
To exercise this right, send an email to contact@revobill.de.


If you request that RevoBill begin providing services immediately, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may expire once the service has been fully performed.


6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the RevoBill app, design, code, and content belong to Manuel Gass or his licensors.
You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use the Service within the agreed scope.


Reproduction, modification, resale, or reverse engineering of the software is prohibited.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use RevoBill for unlawful purposes or to send fraudulent invoices.

  • Share access credentials with others.

  • Attempt to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the software.

  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service’s operation.


8. Data Protection

Your personal data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, pursuant to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


9. Limitation of Liability

(1) RevoBill shall be liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, as well as for intent and gross negligence.
(2) For simple negligence, RevoBill shall only be liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).
(3) Liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
(4) In all cases, RevoBill’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.


10. Warranty

The Service is provided “as is.” While RevoBill strives for high availability, no uninterrupted access can be guaranteed.


Maintenance work or updates may temporarily restrict availability.


11. Termination

RevoBill reserves the right to terminate your account with reasonable notice if:

  • You violate these Terms, or

  • The Service is discontinued for technical or business reasons.

Upon termination, your stored data will be deleted in accordance with legal retention requirements.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a business customer, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany.


For consumers, the mandatory legal place of jurisdiction applies.

13. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

RevoBill is not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms to reflect changes in legal, technical, or business conditions.
You will be notified in advance. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
